STANDARD COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Qualifying Persons
1.1 Jurassic Coast Competitions LTD (“Jurassic Coast Competitions”) operates competitions – skill-based games resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions on the website www.jurassiccoastcompetitions.com.
1.2 The competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over, except employees of Jurassic Coast Competitions.
1.3 Jurassic Coast Competitions reserves the right to close a customer’s account at any time, invalidate ticket numbers, or revoke prizes won if it believes the customer is abusing the services, being abusive to other customers or staff, or if there is suspicion that the customer is not genuinely entering the competition themselves.
1.4 You must be located within the United Kingdom to enter.
1.5 By entering a competition on www.jurassiccoastcompetitions.com, you agree to be contacted by email, text, or phone regarding updates on draws and promotions.
2. Legal Undertaking
2.1 By entering a competition, you (“Entrant”, “you”, “your(s)”) confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so, have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them and any additional requirements set out in related promotional materials.
2.2 Competitions are governed by English law. Any matters related to the competitions will be resolved under English law, and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
2.3 By entering a competition online, you confirm that your participation is lawful under the laws of your country of residence. Jurassic Coast Competitions is not responsible for any entrant participating unlawfully. If in doubt, you should leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
3. Competition Entry
3.1 Competitions may be entered via the Jurassic Coast Competitions website. Multiple competitions may run simultaneously, each with its own specific prize.
3.2 Pricing and availability of competitions are at the discretion of Jurassic Coast Competitions and will be specified on the website at the point of sale.
3.3 Account Registration: To enter a competition, you must register an account on our website. You will need to provide an email address or log in via a social media account, such as Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail.
3.4 Entry Process: To enter a competition online, follow these steps: • Select the competition you wish to enter. • Provide your contact and payment details. • Tick the declaration confirming you have read and understood the competition terms and conditions. • Once your payment clears, you will receive an email confirming your entry.
3.5 Jurassic Coast Competitions reserves the right to refuse or disqualify incomplete entries or entries that breach these terms and conditions.
3.6 All entries become the property of Jurassic Coast Competitions and will not be returned.
3.7 Entrants may only enter competitions up to the maximum number of times specified on the individual prize page. Excess entries will be removed and refunded.
3.8 Competitions close once the final ticket is sold. If a competition does not sell out by the guaranteed draw date, the draw will still proceed on that date with all valid entries.
3.9 All entrants must create an account and provide a valid email address and contact phone number to participate.
4. Promotion Periods
4.1 Each competition will have a specified start and end time (“Promotion Period”). These details will be available on the website.
4.2 Once a guaranteed draw date is confirmed on the prize listing page, the prize will be drawn on that date, even if tickets do not sell out. Jurassic Coast Competitions will not extend competitions beyond the guaranteed draw date.
5. Competition Judgement

5.5 If a competition closes early, the winner will be selected from all eligible entries received before the closure date.
5.6 Entrants agree to be added to Jurassic Coast Competitions’ database for updates about competitions and promotions.
5.7 All prizes will be drawn on the guaranteed draw date regardless of ticket sales. Cash alternatives are not offered for prizes.
6. Winner’s Details
6.1 Winners may be required to provide photographs or pose for promotional purposes. While this is not mandatory, it is encouraged to benefit future competitions.
6.2 Once the winner’s details are verified, arrangements will be made for prize delivery.
7. Competition Prizes
7.1 All prizes are selected by the management team at Jurassic Coast Competitions and remain the company’s property until handed over to the winner.
7.2 Prizes are delivered free of charge within the specified delivery areas. Fees may apply for deliveries outside these areas.
7.3 Winners are responsible for any additional expenses related to their prize.
7.4 Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
8. Winners’ Personal Data
8.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Jurassic Coast Competitions to use their name, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.
